    • If the amalgam seal doesn\u2019t fit snugly against the surface of the tooth, then caries often develop along the perimeter of the broken seal.<\/li>\n
    • It isn\u2019t possible to adapt the amalgam to the natural form of the tooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
